Compassion Planet provides support to aged-out foster youth and at-risk youth through a year-long intensive Mentor Program offering more than 1,200 hours of direct services. 

Each participant is paired with a mentor who provides consistent guidance and accountability.

Services include:

• Workforce development and job readiness training
• One-on-one mentorship
• Life skills and coping skills support
• Nutrition and wellness education
• Financial literacy education
• Employment experience through social enterprises and community-based programs
