The ALS Association leads the way in research, care services, public education, and public policy- giving help and hope to those facing Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.

The Chapter provides local comprehensive care services, from supporting Multidisciplinary Centers of Excellence, providing grants to patients and caregivers, local & national legislative work, to the funding of global research programs. A care services team provides:

• Caregiver Support Services
• Information, referrals
• Support group meetings
• In-home evaluations
• Loaned speech communication devices
• Loaned durable medical equipment to people with ALS and their caregivers
• Patient/caregiver support groups
• Other services related to ALS
