The American Red Cross Gold Country Region has two chapters:

• Northern California Chapter - serving a vast area of Northern California, including Nevada County
• Sierra-Delta Chapter - serving Placer County and the counties of Yolo, Sacramento, El Dorado, Amador, San Joaquin, Calaveras, Alpine, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne
