Sierra Community House’s Hunger Relief program provides hunger relief services through weekly food distributions and other community-based food access supports.

Services are available in English and Spanish.

Services include:

  • Weekly food distributions in Truckee, Kings Beach, and Incline Village
  • Emergency and cooking-compromised food boxes available at three local partner locations
  • Application assistance for CalFresh benefits

Food distribution schedule:

  • Community Pantry: Tue 12-6pm at 12116 Chandelle Way Unit 2D, Truckee
  • Walk-Up Distribution: Wed 3-4:30pm at 265 Bear St, Kings Beach
  • Drive-Through Distribution: Thu 2-3:30pm at 341 Village Blvd, Incline Village

Emergency & cooking-compromised food boxes available at:

Additional notes:

All food services are free and open to the public. No ID, income documentation, or proof of residency is required. Alternative access methods are available by phone or email.

Community members may receive food from one distribution site per week only; multiple site pickups within the same week are not permitted.
