The Nevada County District Attorney provides crime victims with emotional support in the aftermath of crime, guidance through the criminal justice process, assistance in applying for Victim Compensation and awareness of victims' rights. All services are confidential and free of charge.

  • You need a referral to a social service agency
  • You want an advocate with you when you testify
  • You need information about protective/restraining orders
  • You want help preparing a Victim Impact Statement
