Provides personalized career planning, training, and support for participants of Nevada County's CalWORKS and Child Support Services programs. Includes one-on-one career counseling; a six-week employment skills training course; assistance with resume and cover letter writing and interviewing skills; assistance identifying barriers to employment and navigation to community resources to address those barriers; and paid and unpaid work experience with local employers.
