Coordinates the CHP Annual Toy Drive for Christmas in collaboration with the Grass Valley Salvation Army. Accepts new, unwrapped toys and then distributes the toys through the Salvation Army.

HOW FAMILIES IN NEED CAN APPLY FOR TOYS
If your family is in need of toys, apply online at: www.saangeltree.org from October 19-November 15, 2020 until our limit is met. If family does not have internet access, The Salvation Army will take applications in person on Wednesdays at the Grass Valley office (10725 Alta Street) from 10am to 1pm. Applicants must have an appointment. Call 530-274-3500.

Upload (or bring if applying in person) the following documents:

• Identification (Government issued Photo ID, Birth Certificate, or Passport to services) for the applicant.
• Two letters for proof of Address (Utility Bill or bank statement or rental agreement with your name and address).
• Proof of Income (Check Stubs, SSA Letter, Welfare, Child support, Passport to Services) for each household member.
• Birth Certificate for each child on this application, showing YOU as one of the parents (legal custody letter if needed)
