Provides assistance to victims and survivors of drunk and drugged driving crashes.  Services include emotional support, victim events or support groups, literature, guidance through the justice system, information and referrals. Works to educate parents and teens of the danger of drinking and/or drugs and driving in schools and the community.

Offers a 24 hour a day national helpline for victims of substance impaired driving crashes.
